The viaim app is exclusively designed for users of viaim earbuds, providing a comprehensive suite of functionalities that enhance the overall experience. By connecting the earbuds to the app, users gain access to a variety of features including recording and transcribing capabilities, management of recordings, and customizable settings for the earbuds.

• Record and Transcribe Calls: This feature allows for real-time speech recording and transcription during both phone and internet calls.
• Record and Transcribe Onsite Meetings: Users can also record and transcribe discussions during offline meetings in real-time.
• Record and Transcribe Audio/Video: The app facilitates real-time audio recording and transcription from video and audio playback.
• Recordings Management: Important recordings can be easily edited, shared, and exported for thorough content review.
• Earbuds Settings: Users can adjust various settings of the earbuds, including audio effects, noise reduction options, and connection management.

The app offers an in-app subscription model with four different plans tailored to various transcription durations. Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis, with pricing as follows:

Payments will be charged in the user’s local currency at the prevailing exchange rate as defined by iTunes. Users will see charges reflected on their iTunes account post-purchase confirmation. Notably, cancellation of an active subscription is not permitted during its duration, and subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

Renewal charges will occur within 24 hours prior to the end of the active period. Subscription management can be conducted through the iTunes account settings, where auto-renewal options can also be adjusted. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription, which will transition into a paid subscription following any free trial period.
